Women’s Voice Being Heard by Men.

1- Is it permissible for the woman who recite elegies (during mourning ceremonies) (and Islamic poems) to make her voice heard by stranger men (na-mahram) ? 2- Is it permissible for a na-mahram to listen to this woman’s voice? 3- Is it permissible to hear this voice unintentionally as for example when this sound comes from a women’s gathering (majlis) in the neighbourhood while he is at his home ?

Wearing a Tie of Pure Silk

The Eminent Scholars of Islamic Jurisprudence emit the fatwa of the ban [for men] to wear clothes made of pure silk. But is it authorized for a man to wear silk mixed with another material when it is a tie ? So, is it forbidden for a man to wear a tie when it is made of pure silk?

I have heard a discussion on one of the Shia TV in which the scholar was saying that there isn’t Taqlid on the issue of Moon sighting. This means that if 2 Adil persons give testimony of sighting of the moon provided they do not differ in their statement,we are obliged to accept without asking them they are under the Taqlid of which Marja? Salaamun Alaykum. Sadqa money for Imam Zaamin(A.S.) & Imame Zamana (A.T.F.)

Usually when somebody travels, money in a green cloth is tied on the arm for safety commonly known as Imam Zaamin (A S.) As well if one puts aside some amount on daily or monthly basis as Sadqa for the safety of our 12th Imam (A.T.F.). Please clarify where can these amounts be spent?
